Getting to the villa — take an Uber. Exit the airport, turn left, follow the sidewalk ~200ft toward the highway, then cross the pedestrian overpass. Uber pickup is on the far side (the app's pin can vary by 200–300 ft, so trust the app). Ride to the villa is roughly $150 pesos (~$8 USD). Search "Nemi Eco Villa" in the Uber app — it'll route to the correct lower entrance.

Avoid the timeshare shark tank. After customs you'll be approached by people dressed like airport staff offering taxis or transportation. They are selling timeshares. Say "No, gracias" and keep walking until you see the double glass doors and car rental signs. That's the real exit.

Use ATMs, not cambios. The currency-exchange booths (cambios) at the airport have poor rates. ATMs give you a much better deal. Most places take cards, but it's wise to have some pesos on hand.

Private transfer driver. If using the villa's private transfer, your driver will be waiting just outside the airport exit with a sign.
